It’s completely unconstitutional - for multiple reasons! The mandate is one reason - Congress is not given the authority, even implicitly, to mandate such a purchase. The other is the bill’s violation of the 10th amendment. It should be pretty clear that the states have the right to control health care. I’m glad that you recognize these problems also.

I heard a guy trying to argue for national health care by saying that the federal government has proven its ability to operate efficiently with the DOD. I laughed. People just don’t understand how government programs NEVER EVER cost as little as they are supposed to.
